Deklarasi yang digagas beberapa bulan lalu tersebut bertujuan untuk menghapus stigma Kampung Narkoba di kawasan tersebut.
Di sepanjang jalan kampung tersebut, terbentang sejumlah spanduk bertuliskan 'KAMI BERSIH NARKOBA'.
Warga yang hadirpun diberikan ikat kepala bertuliskan SAYA BERSIH NARKOBA, kaos bertuliskan 'Say No to Drugs' di bagian depan dan 'Sengko' Berse NARKOBA' (Saya Bersih Narkoba) di bagian belakang kaos.
Dalam deklarasi bertemakan 'Kita Wujudkan Kampung Bersih Narkoba' itu juga dihadiri 11 kepala desa se-Kecamatan Socah.
Mereka akan bergantian mendeklarasikan desa mereka bersih narkoba.
"Betul, nanti setiap kepala desa secara bersautan mendeklarasikan bebas narkoba," ungkap KBO Narkoba Polres Bangkalan Iptu Eko Siswanto.

Hundreds of people packed the Declaration title Net Se-District Area Drug Socah in Kampung Rabesan, Parseh Village, Wednesday (12/28/2016).
The Declaration was initiated a few months ago that aims to remove the stigma Kampung drugs in the region.
Along the streets of the village, runs a number of banners reading 'WE CLEAN DRUGS'.
Residents were given headbands inscribed hadirpun CLEAN MY DRUGS, T-shirts that read "Say No to Drugs 'in front and' Sengko 'Berse DRUGS' (My Net Drugs) on the back of the shirt.
In a declaration titled 'We Realize Kampung Clean Drugs' was also attended by 11 village heads in the District Socah.
They will take turns declaring their village clean of drugs.
"Yes, later every village head bersautan declare drug free," said KBO Bangkalan Police Narcotics Iptu Eko Siswanto.
